Install 2 Battery Get 1 Free DCDC or LB0 inverter Incentive Program
The Huawei Smart PV Community is operated by Huawei and its affiliates (“Huawei”). These General Terms & Conditions (“Rules”) outline the terms of participation in the Huawei Smart PV Community 2026 Install 2 Battery Get 1 Free DC/DC unit or 1 Free LB0 inverter Incentive Program (“Program”).
The Rules describe the conditions, requirements, and participant rights for Community members to join the program and receive the incentive reward device. By participating in the Program, the participant acknowledges & agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
I. Definitions
Community: Huawei Smart PV Community.
Huawei Partners: refers collectively to Tier‑1, direct Tier-2 and Tier‑2 distributors authorized by HUAWEI France.
II. Participants:
Installer as described in VI) of these Terms & Conditions.
III. Program Territory
France Metropolitan (excluding DROM-COM and Corsica)
IV. Program Period
a) Program Period: 12th February, 2026 – 31th December, 2026
b) Redemption Period: 1st March, 2026 – 30th March, 2027.
Huawei reserves the unilateral right to initiate, modify, or terminate this program at its own discretion, subject to the external factors such as fluctuations in exchange rate, the fluctuations in Lithium Carbonate raw materials costs or changes in any relevant national/state/provisional legislation, statutes, acts, decrees, rules, ordinances, orders, treaties, international law, laws, grid code, technical standards, regulations. In such cases, Huawei will provide program participants with at least one ("1") weeks’ prior notice before implementing any changes to the program.
V. Eligible Product and Incentive Product
VI. Participation Requirements
Only those who meet the following conditions may participate in the Program:
a) Certified Installer in France.
Installer registered and certified in the Huawei Fusionsolar Smart PV Management System who has correctly registered and certified the Company Account in the Huawei Smart PV Community.
Please refer the Annex A to find more details how to registered and certified the Huawei Smart PV Community.
b) The Installer must accept and subscribe to EDM (newsletter) to participate to the Program
c) Products indicated in paragraph IV purchased by installers from Huawei Partners in France are all Eligible for redemption
VII. Program rules:
Install two LUNA2000-5-E0, get one LUNA2000-5KW-C0 or SUN2000-6K-LB0;
Install two LUNA2000-5-E1, get one LUNA2000-10KW-C1 or SUN2000-6K-LB0;
Install two LUNA2000-7-E1, get one LUNA2000-10KW-C1 or SUN2000-6K-LB0.
• If the installer does not select a model, Huawei will randomly send a model.
• All Incentive Products are provided based on availability.
• The Eligible Products must be installed in France and connected to FusionSolar during the Program Period.
Installers can redeem the Incentive Product during the Incentive product Redemption Period.
VIII. How to Participate
a) Installers must register and log in to the HUAWEI Smart PV Community with their company account.
Please refer the Annex A to find more details how to registered and certified the HUAWEI Smart PV Community.
b) Installers shall apply to participate in the program and carefully review all Rules stated herein.
c) Installers shall review and accept the Terms and Conditions before creating any request.
d) To create a valid request for incentive, installers must provide the eligible products serial number (SN) on the Smart PV Community platform via the Program page, as well as the corresponding Fusionsolar account name.
e) Installers may receive an "Error Message" if any SN does not comply with the "Rules" and can then edit it and proceed again.
f) Installers must confirm the delivery address and submit the online request on Smart PV community platform via the Program page for approval by Huawei.
g) The HUAWEI Smart PV Community operations manager will check all requests and approve them.
h) Once the requests are approved, the HUAWEI Smart PV Community operations manager will inform our delivery partner to initiate the delivery of the device.
IX. Delivery of the Reward Device
Delivery of the Incentive Products will be handled by a third party (such as Huawei Partner) specifically designated by Huawei for this task.
X. Disclaimer.
a) Huawei is not liable for any losses or damage caused to you in whole or in part by you relying upon, using, or interpreting the Program or other information obtained through your (or any other person's) access to and/or use of the Program.
b) To the extent permitted by French law, Huawei is not liable to you or to anyone else for any liabilities, losses, damages, or compensations if you or anyone else are unable to access or use the Program or Huawei’s web pages due to:
1. Any suspension or termination of the Program by Huawei to enable maintenance work or updates to systems, software, or hardware to be carried out;
2. Any delay or failure of a system or network communication that is owned or controlled by someone other than Huawei;
3. Any errors or interruption due to hacker attacks or similar security breaches; or
4. Any other event or occurrence beyond our reasonable control, including events set out in III) of these Terms and Conditions.
c) Huawei’s partner acknowledges that, under no circumstances, no information relating to the resale prices and/or any pricing details (e.g. rebates, incentives, discounts, etc.) resulting from the relationship between the partner and its own distributors and/or customers shall be communicated in any way whatsoever, directly or indirectly, with Huawei.
d) Huawei makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any of the information, data or materials made available on or through the Program.
e) Any Incentive Products provided as part of this Program are supplied 'as is,' without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
f) No contractual or legal warranties apply to the Incentive Products, including but not limited to in terms of quality, and you acknowledge that no after-sales service shall be provided by Huawei for Incentive Products.
g) All Installers participating in this Program shall act in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Huawei reserves the right to exclude the Installer from the Program and to cancel the reward in the event of any non-compliance.
XI. Privacy Statement.
By participating in the Program, including by accumulating and redeeming rewarded devices according to the Rules, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with the Program and the Privacy Policy of the Community.
Participants have the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data. For any requests regarding your personal data, please contact us using the details provided in the “Contact Us” section.
XII. Dispute Resolution
The formation, interpretation, and operation of the Rules and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of law. Both parties agree that any dispute arising out of the Program or related to the Program, that cannot be resolved amicable within thirty (30) days, shall be submitted exclusively to the Commercial Court of Nanterre (France).
XIII. Validity of Clauses
If any clause (or part of a clause) of the Program is ruled by a court of competent jurisdiction or any other competent authorities to be void, invalid, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed that such a clause has been deleted from the Rules and all the remaining clauses of the Program shall remain in full force and effect to the extent that they are capable of standing without the clauses ruled void, invalid, or unenforceable.XIV. Account Security
You must keep the username and password of your community ID secret and confidential, and you must not share them with anyone else. We recommend that you choose a strong password and keep it secure. You are responsible for keeping your password safe, and shall bear any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims of any sort as a result of you providing your community ID details to a third party.
XV. Revision and Update of the Rules
Huawei reserves the unilateral right to revise the “PROGRAM RULES” at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Community after any such changes are released shall be deemed as your acceptance of said changes.

Annex A: Tutorial – Associer comptes FusionSolar & Smart PV Community

Huawei Smart PV Community est exploitée par Huawei et ses filiales (désignées collectivement par « Huawei », « nous », « notre » ou « nos »). Les présentes conditions générales (ci-après les « Règles ») définissent les modalités de participation au programme d’incitation « Installez 2 modules de batterie, recevez 1 module DC-DC » proposé en 2025 par la Huawei Smart PV Community. Elles précisent également les conditions d’éligibilité, les exigences à respecter ainsi que les droits des participants souhaitant réclamer l’appareil offert, à savoir un module DC-DC Huawei fourni gratuitement sous conditions.
I. Présentation du programme
Huawei Smart PV Community a lancé le programme d’incitation résidentiel 2025 « Installez 2 modules de batterie, recevez 1 module DC-DC » (ci-après le « Programme »), à destination des installateurs et de leurs représentants légalement autorisés, sous réserve qu’ils remplissent les conditions d’éligibilité.
Ce Programme a pour objectif d’encourager l’installation de batteries HUAWEI. Toute nouvelle installation conforme aux Règles donne droit à un module DC-DC HUAWEI gratuit.
II. Territoire du programme
France Métropolitaine (hors DROM-COM et Corse).
III. Durée du programme
Le Programme débutera le 1er juillet 2025 à 00:00:00 (GMT+1) et se terminera le 31 décembre 2025 à 23:59:59.
Huawei se réserve néanmoins le droit unilatéral de décider à tout moment de démarrer ou de mettre fin au Programme, en fonction des ressources disponibles.
IV. Conditions de participation
Seuls les installateurs répondant aux deux critères suivants peuvent participer au Programme :
a) Être enregistré sur le système de gestion photovoltaïque intelligent Huawei FusionSolar et avoir créé un compte entreprise sur la Communauté Smart PV ;
b) Être basé dans un pays où la Communauté Smart PV est disponible.
V. Règles du programme
a) L’installateur doit poser 2 batteries pour recevoir 1 module DC-DC gratuit :
i. Installation de 2 LUNA2000-5-E0 : 1 LUNA2000-5KW-C0 offert ;
ii. Installation de 2 LUNA2000-7-E1 : 1 LUNA2000-10KW-C1 offert.
b) Période d'installation : les batteries doivent être installées et connectées à FusionSolar entre le 1er juillet 2025 et le 31 décembre 2025.
c) Pays d’achat : l’onduleur et les batteries doivent avoir été achetés en France métropolitaine. Les produits achetés dans d’autres pays ou régions ne sont pas éligibles.
d) Période de réclamation : les installateurs pourront réclamer leur Appareil récompensé entre le 1er août 2025 et le 31 janvier 2026.
VI. Comment participer ?
a) L’installateur doit s’enregistrer et se connecter à la Communauté Huawei Smart PV avec un compte entreprise ;
b) Il doit s’inscrire au Programme et consulter en détail les modalités du Programme ;
c) Il doit accepter les présentes Conditions générales avant de soumettre une demande ;
d) Le système vérifie automatiquement les numéros de série (SN) des batteries pour valider l’éligibilité, à condition que le compte FusionSolar soit bien lié à celui de la PV Community ;
e) Si le SN n’est pas reconnu automatiquement, l’installateur pourra le saisir manuellement pour bénéficier de l’Appareil récompensé ;
f) L’installateur devra confirmer l’adresse de livraison et soumettre sa demande pour validation ;
g) Le gestionnaire opérationnel de la Communauté Huawei Smart PV vérifiera toutes les demandes et procédera aux validations une fois par mois ;
h) L’installateur peut consulter le statut de sa demande à tout moment dans la Communauté ;
i) Une fois la demande approuvée, Huawei transmettra l’information à un partenaire tiers pour déclencher l’expédition de l’Appareil récompensé.
VII. Livraison de l'appareil offert
HUAWEI mandatera un fournisseur tiers dans le Territoire pour assurer la livraison de l’Appareil récompensé.

IX. Clause de non-responsabilité
a) Huawei décline toute responsabilité pour tout dommage ou perte, partiel ou total, résultant de l’utilisation, de l’interprétation ou de la confiance accordée au Programme ou à toute autre information obtenue via l’accès au Programme (par vous ou un tiers).
b) Dans les limites autorisées par la loi française, Huawei ne pourra être tenu responsable pour tout dommage, perte ou réclamation si vous (ou un tiers) ne pouvez pas accéder au Programme ou aux pages web Huawei en raison :
1. d’une suspension ou d’un arrêt du Programme pour maintenance, mise à jour ou modification technique ;
2. d’un dysfonctionnement ou d’un retard d’un système ou d’un réseau tiers (non contrôlé par Huawei) ;
3. d’une interruption causée par un piratage ou une faille de sécurité ;
4. de tout autre événement hors du contrôle raisonnable de Huawei.
c) Le partenaire de Huawei reconnaît que toute information relative aux prix de revente ou aux politiques tarifaires (réductions, remises, promotions, etc.) issues de la relation commerciale avec ses propres distributeurs ou clients ne devra en aucun cas être communiquée, directement ou indirectement, à Huawei.
d) Le Programme et les pages web Huawei sont fournis “en l’état” et “selon disponibilité”, sans garantie d’aucune sorte. Dans les limites prévues par la loi, Huawei n’offre aucune garantie, expresse ou implicite, concernant notamment :
1. l’exactitude, la fiabilité, l’exhaustivité ou la mise à jour des contenus proposés via le Programme ;
2. la qualité ou le service après-vente des cadeaux obtenus dans le cadre du Programme.
e) Tous les installateurs participant au Programme s’engagent à respecter la législation en vigueur. Huawei se réserve le droit d’exclure tout participant et d’annuler toute récompense en cas de non-respect des règles applicables.
X. Déclaration de confidentialité
Lorsque les participants cumulent et réclament des Appareils récompensés dans le cadre du Programme, leurs données personnelles sont collectées et traitées conformément à la Politique de confidentialité de la Communauté. Ces données seront exclusivement utilisées dans le cadre du Programme et protégées conformément à la réglementation applicable en matière de protection des données.
XI. Règlement des différends
La formation, l’interprétation et l’exécution du présent Règlement, ainsi que tout différend ou toute réclamation en découlant ou s’y rapportant (y compris en cas de litige non contractuel), sont régis par le droit français, à l’exclusion de ses règles de conflit de lois. En cas de désaccord lié au Programme, si aucune solution amiable n’est trouvée dans un délai de trente (30) jours, le litige sera soumis à la compétence exclusive du Tribunal de Commerce de Nanterre (France).
XII. Validité des clauses
Si une disposition (ou une partie de celle-ci) du présent Règlement est jugée nulle, invalide ou inapplicable par une juridiction ou autorité compétente, elle sera réputée supprimée. Les autres dispositions resteront pleinement en vigueur, dans la mesure où elles peuvent subsister indépendamment de la disposition invalidée.
XIII. Sécurité du compte
Vous êtes tenu de garder votre identifiant et mot de passe de la Communauté strictement confidentiels. Ne les partagez en aucun cas.
Nous vous recommandons d’utiliser un mot de passe robuste et sécurisé. Vous êtes seul responsable de sa protection, et assumerez toute conséquence liée à une utilisation abusive ou à une divulgation à un tiers.
XIV. Révision et mise à jour des règles
Huawei se réserve le droit de modifier unilatéralement les Règles du Programme à tout moment en mettant à jour cette page.
Votre utilisation continue de la Communauté après modification vaut acceptation des nouvelles conditions.
