Huawei Smart PV Community is operated by Huawei Technologies Austria GmbH and its affiliates (collectively, "Huawei", "we", "us", and "our"). The Huawei Smart PV Community Program Rules (referred to as the "Rules") are the terms and conditions that you must comply with when participating in the 2026 Huawei 8X Battery Pack Bonus Program. The Rules stipulates the conditions, requirements, and rights of Huawei Smart PV Community (referred to as the "Community") users to participate the program and claim the reward bonus points.
I. Overview on the 2026 Huawei 8X Battery Pack Bonus Program
Huawei Smart PV Community has established the 2026 Huawei 8X Battery Pack Bonus Program (referred to as "Program") for installers and their legally authorized representatives who meet the applicable conditions. The Program aims to encourage installers to install HUAWEI Residential Battery Packs. Once any installation which complies with the “PROGRAM RULES”, the installer can claim 8 times of basic rewarded bonus points.
*The basic rewarded bonus points for per residential battery packs are 30 points / kWh.

a) Installation Duration: from 00:00:00 on 1st March 2026 (GMT +1) to 23:59:59 on 31st December 2026 (GMT +1), which means the Huawei residential battery pack must be installed and activated within this period.
b) Program Duration: consistent with installation duration.
However, Huawei reserves the unilateral right to decide when and where to start or and the Program subject to resource availability.
IV. Participation Qualifications
Only Installers who have successfully gotten their company accounts certified in the Huawei Austria PV Community are entitled to participate in the Program.
V. Program Rules:
a) Residential Battery: The Huawei residential battery must be installed in Austria and connected to FusionSolar.
b) Channel: The residential battery must be purchased from Huawei authorized distributors in Austria. The devices which are purchased from other unauthorized distributorsshall not be able to participate in the program. For the information of Huawei authorized distributors in Austria, please refer to Appendix I.
c) Bonus Points: The bonus points generated should follow the “Terms and Conditions of Huawei Smart PV Community Company Bonus Point Program”. The validity of the bonus points is 6 months.

VI. Bonus Point Accumulation Rules
After the battery packs are installed and connected to FusionSolar, the rewarded bonus points will automatically be counted in the company account in the Community.
1) Connecting device to FusionSolar: Setup wizard > Scan to Create Plant > Add plant or Connect to existing plant on the Huawei FusionSolar app.
2) Binding FusionSolar Account to the Community: please refer to Appendix Ⅱ.
3) Points in the Community: rewarded bonus points will be calculated and given automatically based on the installation. Find the rewarded bonus points via Community – Registration and Certification – Company Management – Redeemable Points
VII. Disclaimer
a) Huawei is not liable for any losses or damage caused to you in whole or in part by you relying upon, using, or interpreting the Program or other information obtained through your (or any other person's) access to and/or use of the Program.
b) To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law in your jurisdiction, Huawei is not liable to you or to anyone else for any liabilities, losses, damages, or compensations if you or anyone else are unable to access or use the Program or the web pages due to:
1. Any suspension or termination of the Program by Huawei to enable maintenance work or updates to systems, software, or hardware to be carried out;
2. Any delay or failure of a system or network communication that is owned or controlled by someone other than Huawei;
3. Any errors or interruption due to hacker attacks or similar security breaches; or
4. Any other event or occurrence beyond our reasonable control.
VIII. Privacy Statement
When participants accumulate and redeem rewarded devices according to the Rules, we will collect and use participants' personal data in accordance with the Program. We will use and protect participants' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Community.
IX. Dispute Resolution
The formation, interpretation, and operation of the Rules and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Both parties agree that any dispute arising out of the Program or related to the Program shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Vienna, Austria.
X. Validity of Clauses
If any clause (or part of a clause) of the Rules is ruled by a court of competent jurisdiction or any other competent authorities to be void, invalid, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed that such a clause has been deleted from the Rules and all the remaining clauses of the Rules shall remain in full force and effect to the extent that they are capable of standing without the clauses ruled void, invalid, or unenforceable.
XI. Account Security
You must keep the username and password of your community ID private and confidential, and you must not share them with anyone else. We recommend that you choose a strong password and keep it secure. You are responsible for keeping your password safe, and shall bear any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims of any sort as a result of you providing your community ID details to a third party.
XII. Revision and Update of the Rules
Huawei reservesthe unilateral right to revise the “PROGRAM RULES” at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Community after any such changes are released shall be deemed as your acceptance of said changes.

Appendix Ⅱ: Instruction of Binding FusionSolar Account to the Community

With this notification, we describe and convey the incentive program (hereinafter, the “Program) to Huawei Partners in detail:
1. PROGRAM INFORMATION
2. Execution of Program
2.1 Golden, Silver and Authorized Tier-2 Partners shall provide the written confirmation to Tier-1 Partners for signing up in the program. After confirmation from Tier-1 Partner or direct-signed Tier-2 Partner to Huawei Technologies Austria GmbH, the partners could be considered as participating in the program.
2.2 Huawei will consider the number of Local Activation units of LUNA2000-5-E1、LUNA2000-7-E1 products during the Incentive Period based on FusionSolar Database in a monthly basis. The activity proofs (hereinafter, the “Activity Proofs”) are mandatory to provide to calculate the total CQ based on the unit incentive amount and local activation quantity.
2.3 Huawei shall provide the monthly local activation report to eligible partners and inform the eligible partners for the redeemable channel quotas. Partners shall provide the Activity Proofs and confirmation of the redeemable channel quotas in writing by email to its respective Channel Manager every month. Otherwise, it is deemed that the Partner renounced the Program and will receive no Incentives.
2.4 Partner warrants that the information provided to Huawei, such as but not limited to the information requested by Huawei for the calculation of any Incentive, is accurate and true. If the information is checked by Huawei to be inaccurate, Partner acknowledges and agrees that Huawei at any time and its sole discretion may terminate the Program and shall recall any Incentive due or previously granted.
3. Disclaimer
3.1 If a partner engages in behavior that violates the partner order, Huawei reserves the right to terminate the partner's participation in the promotion at any time.
3.2 The terms and conditions of “Huawei Digital Power Residential Batteries Incentive Program Program (ID: IP20260416100002)” shall replace the previous terms and conditions of previous “Huawei Digital Power Residential Batteries Incentive Program Program (ID: IP20260303100018)” after 20th April 2026.
3.3 Huawei reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time and is obligated to inform partners one month before the promotion is terminated.
4. INCENTIVE DISTRIBUTION AND USAGE
4.1 After the submission of the acceptance materials, the applicable Incentives will be accrued in the form of CQ by Huawei, within 1 (one) month after Huawei receive all the acceptance materials.
4.2 The CQ will be issued to direct-signed partners through sales contracts signed with Huawei Technologies Austria GmbH and the corresponding incentives will be distributed to the downstream partners.
That is, only Tier-1 Partners or direct-signed Tier-2 partners who signed sales contracts with Huawei Technologies Austria GmbH can receive the CQ from Huawei Technologies Austria GmbH. Otherwise, the CQ cannot be generated.
4.3 The CQ can be used exclusively by the Partner who received it, to offset any Huawei receivables. The CQ cannot be assigned or transferred without previous approval in writing from Huawei.
4.4 The Partners must be aware that all the CQ accrued under this Program and not used will expire in one year after the applicable CQ has been distributed and they will be canceled by the E-partner system.
5. MISCELLANEOUS
5.1 All Partners participating in this Program shall act in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Huawei reserves the right to cancel the Program and the CQ in the event of any non-compliance.
5.2 In case a dispute arises between Huawei and Partner with regards to this Program, the Parties will try to resolve in an amicable manner all disagreements and misunderstandings connected with their respective rights and obligations under this Program. If still not resolve, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent and applicable court of the country where the channel quota is used. This Program shall be governed by the laws of the country where the channel quota (CQ) is used.
5.3 Partner shall have the obligation to pay to Huawei the following: any Incentive already credited; errors in the CQ calculations; adjustments for returned Products and the like; any and all losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of bonds or guarantees, which Huawei may suffer as a result of the involvement of Partner in any particular sale or transaction; any Incentive already credited if it is determined, in the sole judgment of Huawei, that Partner was not entitled to such CQ under the terms of this notification.
5.4 In case of any doubts, Huawei reserves the right to the final interpretation of this Program.

Terms and Conditions
Huawei Smart PV Community Rewards Module is operated by Huawei Technologies Austria GmbH, IZD Tower, Wagramer Str. 19, 1220 Vienna, Austria, whereas some operations might be assigned to its affiliates (collectively, "Huawei", "we", "us", and "our"). The Huawei Smart PV Community C&I Inverter Bonus Point Rules (referred to as the "Rules") are the terms and conditions that you must comply with when claiming bonus points and redeeming goods. The Rules state the conditions, requirements, and rights of Huawei Smart PV Community (referred to as the "Community") users to obtain bonus points and redeem goods in the Rewards Module.
I. Overview on the Bonus Point Program
Huawei has established the C&I Inverter Bonus Point Program (referred to as the "Program") for installer businesses that meet the applicable conditions. The Program aims to bring out the passion and enhance service capabilities of Huawei Smart PV installers so that they can provide better services to end users.
II. Program Period
Program duration: May 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026.
Device installation time: May 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026.
III. Participation Qualifications
Huawei reserves the right to launch, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Program, or modify its timing and territory, at any time, without stating a reason, with prior notice of at least 1 week. Those business accounts who meet the following conditions can participate in the Program:
(1) Installer business who have certified company accounts in Huawei Smart PV Community;
(2) Installed C&I inverters successfully connect to FusionSolar Cloud in the Huawei Smart PV Management System (FusionSolar).
(3) The Community business account(s) must have association with FusionSolar account(s)
IV. How to Obtain Bonus Points
Installers who are qualified to participate in the Program (referred to as "participants") can obtain bonus points in the following way:
After the installer engineer completes the installation, commissioning, and cloud synchronization of Huawei C&I inverters using the Smart PV Device Management System (FusionSolar) at the end user's site, with the association of the Community business accounts and FusionSolar accounts, FusionSolar will automatically synchronize the installation to the Community and generate corresponding bonus points. The steps as follows,
a. Connecting device to FusionSolar: Setup wizard > Scan to Create Plant > Add plant or Connect to existing plant on the Huawei FusionSolar app.
b. Binding FusionSolar Accounts to the Community: please refer to Appendix.
c. Points in the Community: rewarded bonus points will be calculated and given automatically based on the installation. Find the rewarded bonus points via Community – Registration and Certification – Company Management – Redeemable Points
V. Applied Devices
Devices comply with the bonus point clauses refers to the devices that meet the requirements of:
(1) Device type: C&I inverters.
(2) Device installed time: between May 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026.
(3) Applicable device model: See the following table:
VI. Bonus Point Accumulation Rules
The device-specific point coefficients are as follows:
The points are default. Huawei has rights to promote new points promotional program, that might cause the change of redeemable points. The final points accumulation rules are subject to the conditions of actual points promotional program.
VII. Bonus Point Management and Usage
(1) Validity Period of Bonus Points
The default validity period of bonus points is 6 months. Huawei has rights to configure the value of points for devices depending on local business strategy.
If Huawei decides to end the Program, Huawei shall notify the participants to redeem the points with email and/or by any other means in advance. If a participant fails to redeem the bonus points within the time limit notified by Huawei, it will be deemed that the participant gives up the bonus points and redemption rights.
(2) Bonus Point Usage
a. The bonus points accumulated by participants in the Community cannot be transferred, given to others, or circulated in any other way.
b. Bonus points can be redeemed for goods provided in the Rewards module of the Community.
For details about the redemption rules, see Article VIII.
(3) Bonus Point Cancellation
If a participant obtains bonus points by violating bonus point rules or using unlawful means (including but not limited to cheating, score manipulation, disturbing/damaging the system, and malicious exploitation of vulnerabilities), Huawei has rights to cancel all or part of the bonus points in the participant's account based on the severity of the participant's behavior. If bonus points have been redeemed, Huawei has rights to ask the participant to return the rewards redeemed by the bonus points.
VIII. Bonus Point Redemption
(1) The bonus points obtained in accordance with the Rules will be credited to business accounts and can be redeemed for rewarded goods. For goods that can be redeemed for, see https://community.solar.huawei.com/community/at/rewards.
(2) Huawei can adjust the rewarded goods based on the supply of goods in different countries.
(3) Community business account administrator can redeem bonus points that are still in validity period according to Article VII.
(4) To comply with local laws and/or adjust Huawei's business plans, Huawei reserves the right to close the local rewards page to end the Program, or adjust redeemable rewards at any time by giving a prior notice of at least 1 week.
IX. The delivery and usage of redeemed rewards:
(1) The tax treatment of redeemed rewards shall be determined in accordance with applicable law. Any reward is granted only to the installer business, and the installer business shall be responsible for its own tax obligations arising from the redemption of the rewards, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
(2) If Huawei is required by applicable law to report tax in connection with the rewards, Huawei may do so accordingly.
(3) Redeemed rewards shall not be used for transactions, bribery, illegal activities, or any actions that violate laws and regulations. Users must ensure that the use of redeemed items complies with local laws and regulations.
(4) Users must comply with the Huawei's applicable terms and conditions when using redeemed items. In the event of any violation, Huawei reserves the right to cancel the user's redemption eligibility in the future, and to pursue regarding legal responsibility.
(5) When redeeming rewards, installer business must ensure that the information provided is true, accurate, and complete. Huawei is not responsible for any issues arising from false information provided by the installer business.
(6) All redeemed rewards are supplied in new condition. The procurement and delivery are the sole responsibility of the designated Third-Party Service Provider.
Participants acknowledge that the Service Provider may change at Huawei's sole discretion.
Huawei assumes no liability for the quality or usage of the rewards. The third-party service provider takes full responsibility for the quality and after sale service for redeemed rewards. No warranty is provided in relation to rewards. Installer acknowledges and accepts that Huawei does not have any liability for eventual defects in relation to provided rewards. However, it may in its sole discretion assist with application of any eventual claims from liability for defects towards rewards provider.

The information will be shared to the third-party service provider, only used for reward redemption delivery services in the Bonus Points Program on the community.
