Huawei Smart PV Community Bonus Point Rule Update Notice

Hi, Dear Community User:

We have adjusted the Huawei Smart PV Community Bonus Points Rule (hereinafter referred to as the “Rule”). The update includes the following:

Changes of the Bonus Mall rule:

1. Installer individual account will only be able to earn points and cannot redeem gifts in Bonus Mall. Installer company account has gone live on May, 2024. Installers who have registered a community account can choose to associate installer "company account" on the community. Installers who have not registered a company account can register a community account and then upgrade it to a company account. The transition period is from 1st to 31th May. After the transition period, the community only allows installers to redeem bonus points for gifts using the company account. All bonus points of the individual installer account cannot redeem gifts. They are displayed only as experience (energy point).

2. Points can only be accumulated for the sales and installation of Huawei devices that comply with the bonus point rules. Participation in events or exams will not accumulate points.

3. In countries where the installer certification program is implemented, different bonus point coefficients are set based on the company's certification levels of Huawei Fusionsolar Loyalty Installers Program to accumulate different bonus points.
