Huawei Smart PV Community Rewards Module is operated by Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (collectively, "Huawei", "we", "us", and "our"). The Huawei Smart PV Community Bonus Point Rules (referred to as the "Rules") are the terms and conditions that you must comply with when participating in the Huawei Smart PV Community Bonus Point Incentive Programme and redeeming bonus points. The Rules state the conditions, requirements, and rights of Huawei Smart PV Community (referred to as the "Community") users to obtain bonus points and redeem gifts in the Rewards Module.
I. Overview on the Bonus Point Incentive Programme
Huawei Smart PV Community has established the Bonus Point Incentive Programme (referred to as the "Programme") for installer company and their legally authorized representatives who meet the applicable conditions. The Programme aims to bring out the passion and enhance service capabilities of Huawei Smart PV installers so that they can provide better services to end users.
II. Participation Qualifications
Huawei has the discretion to determine when and where to start or end the Programmeme. Those company account who meet the following two conditions can participate in the Programme:
(1) Registered installer on the Huawei FusionSolar Smart PV Management System who has successfully registered company account or has been associated with a company account in the Community.
(2) Registered installers whose country has launched the Rewards module in the Community.
III. How to Obtain Bonus Points
Installers who are qualified to participate in the Programme and their legal authorized representatives (referred to as "participants") can obtain bonus points in the following three ways:
Log in to the Huawei FusionSolar Smart PV Management System and add the installed Huawei inverters, optimizers, and energy storage systems (ESSs) to the FusionSolar account. On the Claim more points page, enter the FusionSolar account and the SNs of the devices that comply with the bonus point clauses, and click Submit. The corresponding bonus points can be obtained after the review and approval of the Community.
Devices comply with the bonus point clauses refers to the devices that meet the requirements for: (1) Device type (2) Production date (3) Network access (4) Device model. For details about the production date, see "Restrictions" mentioned below. For details about device types and device models, see "Applicable product types" mentioned below. Network access refers to adding devices to the installation provider's FusionSolar account.
1. Restrictions: Applies only to inverters (≤ 25 kW) manufactured on or after January 1, 2020 and to optimizers and energy storage systems manufactured on or after November 1, 2023.

IV. Bonus Point Accumulation Rules
(2) On the Huawei Smart PV Management System, add Huawei inverters, optimizers, and ESSs that meet the bonus point clauses to the installer's FusionSolar account (Path: Setup wizard > Scan to Create Plant > Add plant or Connect to existing plant on the Huawei FusionSolar app). On the Claim more points page, enter the FusionSolar account and the SNs of the devices that comply with the bonus point clauses. The corresponding bonus points can be obtained based on the company's certification level of Huawei Fusionsolar Loyalty Installers Programme. The details are as follows:
Registered Installers can accrue 1.0x Factor Points according to the following rules:
·10 points are accumulated for every 1000 watts of an installed Huawei inverter. For example, participants can obtain 200 points when installing a Huawei inverter SUN2000-20KTL-M2.
· 2 points are accumulated for an installed Huawei optimizer.
· 10 points are accumulated for every 1000 watts of an installed Huawei ESS.
Preferred Installers can accrue 1.1x Factor Points according to the following rules:
·11 points are accumulated for every 1000 watts of an installed Huawei inverter. For example, participants can obtain 220 points when installing a Huawei inverter SUN2000-20KTL-M2.
·2.2 points are accumulated for an installed Huawei optimizer.
·11 points are accumulated for every 1000 watts of an installed Huawei ESS.
Elite Installers can accrue 1.2x Factor Points according to the following rules:
·12 points are accumulated for every 1000 watts of an installed Huawei inverter. For example, participants can obtain 240 points when installing a Huawei inverter SUN2000-20KTL-M2.
·2.4 points are accumulated for an installed Huawei optimizer.
·12 points are accumulated for every 1000 watts of an installed Huawei ESS.
Huawei can change the bonus point accumulation rules for each of the above products at any time according to its business plan.
V. Bonus Point Management and Usage
(1) Bonus Point Usage
1. The bonus points accumulated by participants in the Community cannot be transferred, given to others, or circulated in any other way.
2.Bonus points can be redeemed for gifts provided in the Rewards module of the Community. For details about the redemption rules, see Article VIII.
(2) Bonus Point Cancellation
If a participant obtains bonus points by violating bonus point rules or using improper means (including but not limited to cheating, score manipulation, disturbing/damaging the system, and malicious exploitation of vulnerabilities), Huawei has the right to cancel all or part of the bonus points in the participant's account based on the severity of the participant's behavior. If bonus points have been redeemed, Huawei has the right to ask the participant to return the gifts redeemed by the bonus points.
VI. Bonus Point Redemption
(1) The bonus points obtained in accordance with the Rules will be credited to company accounts and can be redeemed for gifts. For gifts that can be redeemed for, see https://community.solar.huawei.com/my/. Huawei can adjust the gifts based on the supply of goods in different countries. If the selected gift is out of stock, the participant can select another gift of the same value or cancel the gift redemption, and the related bonus will be returned to the participant's community account.
(2) In countries or regions where the Rewards module has not gone live, community users can obtain bonus points according to Article IV, but cannot redeem gifts temporarily. After the Rewards module goes live, community Company administrator or individual account associated with a company can redeem bonus points according to Article V. The go-live plan of the Rewards module in different countries or regions is determined by Huawei based on the business development.
(3) The redeemed gifts are brand new. Manufacturers or sellers are responsible for the quality of the gifts. Unless otherwise specified by local laws, Huawei is not responsible for the gifts redeemed with bonus points. If the gifts received are defective, participants can contact Huawei for help. For details, see section "Contact Us."
(4) Gifts redeemed by bonus points cannot be used for transactions. Otherwise, both transaction parties shall bear the consequences of the transaction.
(5) To comply with local laws and/or adjust Huawei's business plans, Huawei reserves the right to close the local Rewards page to end the Programme, or adjust redeemable gifts at any time.
VII. Disclaimer
(1) The Huawei Parties are not liable for any losses or damage caused to you in whole or in part by you relying upon, using, or interpreting the Programme or other information obtained through your (or any other person's) access to and/or use of the Programme.
(2) To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction, the Huawei Parties are not liable to you or to anyone else for any liabilities, losses, damages, or compensations if you or anyone else are unable to access or use the Programme or the web pages due to:
1. Any suspension or termination of the Programme by us to enable maintenance work or updates to systems, software, or hardware to be carried out;
2. Any delay or failure of a system or network communication that is owned or controlled by someone other than us;
3. Any errors or interruption due to hacker attacks or similar security breaches; or
4. Any other event or occurrence beyond our reasonable control.
(3) The web pages and the Programme are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any representation or endorsement of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, the Huawei Parties disclaim any and all warranties, conditions, or other clauses of any kind, express or implied, and make no guarantee, undertaking, representation, or warranty for the following:
1. The completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any of the content made available on or through the Programme.
2. The quality and after-sales service of gifts redeemed through participation in the Programme.
VIII. Privacy Statement
When participants accumulate and redeem bonus points according to the Rules, we will collect and use participants' personal data in accordance with the Programme. We will use and protect participants' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Community.
IX. Dispute Resolution
The formation, interpretation, and operation of the Rules and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of local court. Both parties agree that the Rules are signed in Malaysia, and that any dispute arising out of the Rules or related to this Rules shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for settlement.
X. Validity of Clauses
If any clause (or part of a clause) of the Rules is ruled by a court of competent jurisdiction or any other competent authorities to be void, invalid, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed that such a clause has been deleted from the Rules and all the remaining clauses of the Rules shall remain in full force and effect to the extent that they are capable of standing without the clauses ruled void, invalid, or unenforceable.
XI. Account Security
You must keep the username and password of your community ID secret and confidential, and you must not share them with anyone else. We recommend that you choose a strong password and keep it secure. You are responsible for keeping your password safe, and shall bear any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims of any sort as a result of you providing your community ID details to a third party.
XII. Revision and Update of the Rules
Huawei may revise the bonus point rules at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Community after any such changes are released shall be deemed as your acceptance of said changes.
