This Privacy Statement gives you information about the Personal Data we, Huawei Technologies (Czech) s.r.o. (“Huawei”) collect about you in relation to your attendance at the Huawei FusionSolar Webinars (“Webinar”), organized by Huawei for customers and partners, and how and why we process your Personal Data with respect to your attendance at the Webinar, as well as how to exercise your rights as a data subject.

What Personal Data do we process, for what purposes and how?
Huawei collects Personal Data, as described below, in relation to ensuring your attendance at the Webinar, carried out through the ClickMeeting platform. Failure to provide your Personal Data will prevent you from attendance at the Webinar.
What is the source of the Personal Data? Data will be either:
1) Provided by the Data Subject;
2) Generated by Huawei, its affiliates, partners or suppliers during or in connection with the organisation of the Webinar.
Who receives the Personal Data? • Huawei group members who are involved in organising the Webinar;
• Platform operator ClickMeeting for the purpose of conducting the Webinar.

How long we retain the Personal Data for
The retention period of your Personal Data is 2 years from the time of collection to enable proper execution of the purposes as stated above, but if you decide to withdraw your consent, we will erase your personal data immediately.

Third party partner
We are entitled to provide Personal Data to recipients that are our data processors who process the Personal Data on our behalf or to separate data controllers, under the conditions and to the extent agreed in this Privacy Statement.

Personal Data transfer/disclosure may be executed for the purpose of and to the category of recipients assisting us in maintaining records in the systems, to provide IT/Information Security services, e-mail services and other hosted applications services.

The processing of Personal Data in relation to our partners and suppliers is always commissioned by us and the parties will act only on our behalf as data processors, or based on another authorized set-up. Such processing is always protected with contractual arrangements to ensure that your Personal Data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and good data processing and protection practices.

To comply with applicable laws or respond to valid legal procedures, Huawei may also disclose Personal Data to law enforcement or other government agencies. If Huawei is involved in a restructuring, merger & acquisition, or a bankruptcy or liquidation lawsuit in a given jurisdiction, Personal Data may be disclosed in connection with the transaction. Huawei may also disclose Personal Data when appropriate, for example when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss, or when it is in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity.

Transfer of Personal Data out of the EEA
As a general rule, Personal Data are processed and shared locally. However, since Huawei is part of group of companies with global presence and offering transnational scope of services, each affiliate is deemed to disclose Personal Data to other affiliates within Huawei group. The International Transfer of Personal Data to Huawei Group is subject to applicable laws and shall be subject to adequate security measures. In countries where the legal level of protection of Personal Data is considered as not sufficient, the affiliates shall take appropriate measures to ensure an adequate level of protection of the disclosed data. Your rights as a data subject
