I. Overview on the 2025 Huawei Installer Residential ESS Program
Huawei Technologies Deutschland GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Huawei”) has established the 2025 Huawei Installer Residential ESS Program (referred to as "Program") for installers, who meet the applicable conditions. The Program aims to encourage installers to purchase HUAWEI residential ESS products. For any new residential battery packs purchasing which complies with the Program, the installer can claim free HUAWEI residential battery control unit (defined in VI. a ).

III. Program Duration
a) Promotion Statistical Period: The Promotion Statistical Period will start at 00:00:00 on 1st, March 2025 (GMT +1) and will finish at 23:59:59 on 30th June 2024 (GMT +1), which means installers can only apply for the rewards within this period.
b) Incentive Redemption Period: The Incentive Redemption Period will start at 0:00:00 on 1st, March 2025 (GMT +1) and will finish at 23:59:59 on 30th June 2024 (GMT +1), which means the installers can only request rewards within this period.
Huawei reserves the right to end the Promotion Statistical Period and/or Incentive Redemption Period earlier, in case all available rewards have been awarded. Huawei also reserves the right to extend the Promotion Statistical Period and/orIncentive Redemption Period at its sole discretion. In both cases, Huawei will inform participants by giving notice in text form.
IV. Participation Qualifications
Participation in the Program is open to PV installer companies who finished certification and FusionSolar account binding in Huawei Smart PV Community at https://community.solar.huawei.com/en/index.html (hereinafter referred to as “Community”) and have a registered business address within the Program Territory (hereinafter referred to as “Qualified Installers”).c
V. Participation and Obtaining Rewards
a) Qualified Installers need to apply to join the program and check all the program details carefully.
b) Qualified Installers need to accept these Terms and Conditions before creating any application.
c) Qualified Installers need to purchase residential ESS battery pack (LUNA2000-5-E0, LUNA2000-7-E1) through authorized vendor of Huawei and apply for, and redeem the corresponding rewarding products.
d) Qualified Installers can get one free LUNA2000-5KW-C0 for every 3 LUNA2000-5-E0 purchased; Qualified Installers can get one free LUNA2000-10KW-C1 for every 3 LUNA2000-7-E1 purchased
e) During the promotion period, Huawei will verify and collect the activation location of participating battery packs of each participating installers; HW reserves the right to reject and process any application for redemption of more than 30 units of rewarded products in a single application based on its historical activation information.
VI. Applicable Product List
a) Awards are only rewarded for purchasing of applicable Residential Battery Pack
b) Purchasing Country: Residential ESS Battery Pack must have been purchased from an authorized vendor of Huawei products in Germany. The devices which have been purchased from other countries are not eligible for participation in the Program.
VII. Disclaimer
a) The Program Page and any other information in relation to the Program provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any representation or endorsement of any kind. Huawei assumes no liability for the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any of the content.
b) Huawei is liable without limitation for damages caused by gross negligence or intent in accordance with the statutory provisions.
c) In addition, Huawei shall also be liable for negligent violations of major contractual obligations (those which are essential for achieving the purpose of an agreement and on which either may regularly rely; “Kardinalpflichten”) in accordance with the statutory provisions. In that case, the liability of the Huawei shall be limited to the typically foreseeable damage.
d) Huawei is liable for loss of data only up to the amount of typical recovery costs which would have arisen, if proper and regular data backup measures were taken.
e) In no case shall Huawei be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, including - without limitation- loss of profit or revenues, loss of goodwill or reputation or loss of opportunity.
f) The limitations of liability set out in this section shall likewise apply to the Huawei’s personnel, vicarious agents or legal representatives.
g) The aforementioned limitations of liability do not apply in respect to mandatory statutory provisions – in particular damages resulting from injury to life, body or health and liability under the German Product Liability Act (“Produkthaftungsgesetz”).
h) Huawei shall not be liable for damages resulting from data loss or hardware faults caused by incompatibility between the components already present in your (IT) system and new or modified hardware and software, or for system malfunctions that may result from existing configuration errors or older, interfering drivers that were not completely removed.
VIII. Privacy Statement
When participants accumulate and redeem rewarded devices, we will collect and use participants' personal data with the Privacy Policy of the Community
IX. Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the Program (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Düsseldorf.
X. Validity of Clauses
If any clause (or part of a clause) of the program is ruled by a court of competent jurisdiction or any other competent authorities to be void, invalid, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed that such a clause has been deleted from the program and all the remaining clauses of the program shall remain in full force and effect to the extent that they are capable of standing without the clauses ruled void, invalid, or unenforceable.
XI. Account Security
You must keep the username and password of your community ID secret and confidential, and you must not share them with anyone else. We recommend that you choose a strong password and keep it secure. You are responsible for keeping your password safe, and shall bear any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims of any sort as a result of you providing your community ID details to a third party.
XII. Revision of these terms
Huawei reserves the unilateral right to revise the program rules at any time by updating this document. Your continued use of the Community after any such changes are released shall be deemed as your acceptance of said changes.
