FAQs
NOTE:
The fuse inside the Energy Storage Module cannot be replaced separately. This section describes how to replace the fuse of the Energy Storage Control Unit.
Prerequisite for replacing the fuse: If the inverter is faulty, the fuse is likely to be damaged. In this case, check whether the fuse is damaged. If yes, replace the fuse.
Step 1 Before the replacement, power off the system. >
Do not store batteries for extended periods of time. The deep discharge during storage may damage batteries. If you have to store batteries, observe the following storage requirements.
After logging in to the inverter, if the FusionSolar app detects that the LUNA2000 firmware version is outdated, the app prompts you to upgrade the LUNA2000. You can choose immediate activation or delayed activation. If you choose immediate activation, the LUNA will be upgraded immediately after the firmware package is uploaded. If you choose delayed activation, the activation of the firmware will be performed four hours after you log out of the app.
NOTICE
- The Company does not recycle batteries. Contact local recycling agencies to handle batteries.
- If there are no such agencies in your area, you can contact the nearest foreign recycling agencies.
Step 4 Contact the nearest recycling agency.
Step 5 Recycling agencies assess the costs.
Step 6 Recycling agencies carry out recycling, which can be done in two ways: >
• The baud rate of MB0 series inverter is 115200, that of the M1 series inverter is 9600, and the default baud rate of S1 is "9600". When S1 is connected to SUN2000-(12K-25K)-MB0, its baud rate will be automatically increased to 115200, so the S1's baud rate needs to be restored to 9600 before powering off the system, otherwise, the baud rate of S1 remains unchanged as 115200, and when using it with the M1 inverter, the baud rate will show inconsistent leading to communication failure.
• Steps: Use the Huawei FusionSolar App to scan the QR code to connect to the inverter, go to the Communication Configuration page, and select RS485 > Baud Rate Negotiation > RS485_2 > Baud Rate Negotiation > Restore to 9600.
