The website https://solar.huawei.com/en, with its registration page https://events03.huawei.com/m/VFV7na (hereinafter, jointly, the “Website”) is intended for Residential Smart PV & ESS Partner Summit, which will be held on 27th of March in Messe Wien Exhibition Congress Center, Vienna, Austria (referred to as the“Event), and the participants thereof, but it is not intended for any consumers or household purposes. By visiting the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms. In case you do not understand or agree to any of the terms, you should immediately exit the Website. Huawei Technologies Duesseldorf GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Huawei") as the organizer of the Event, reserves the right to update the Terms of Use (hereinafter, "TOU") at any time and without notice. In case of any violation of the provisions of the TOU, Huawei shall have the right to seek legal and fair remedies.

Huawei or its licensors own and retain all rights, including all applicable intellectual property rights, in all software used on the Website, in both source and binary forms, sample code, APIs, SDKs, associated documentation, and other related materials (collectively, hereinafter, the “Software Content”).
Unless you have obtained the relevant license through another agreement entered between you and Huawei, nothing in this TOU grants any right on, or license of, the Software Content to you, and you shall not:

Disputes arising out of or in connection with the TOU and any other terms related to the visit or use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Düsseldorf, Germany.
