Step 1Ensure that the SUN2000 connects to the AC and DC power supplies at the same time. Indicators and are steady green or blink at long intervals for more than 3 minutes.

- If optimizers are configured for some PV modules, the rapid shutdown function is not supported.
- You are advised to periodically check whether the rapid shutdown function is normal.
When all PV modules connected to the solar inverter are configured with optimizers, the PV system shuts down quickly and reduces the output voltage of the PV string to below 30 V within 30 seconds. Click to view >
If the ground resistance of a PV string connected to a solar inverter is too low, the solar inverter generates a Low Insulation Resistance alarm.
