General Terms & Conditions For 2024 Residential LUNA-S1 Pack Incentive Program
Huawei Smart PV Community is operated by Huawei Technologies Bulgaria EOOD and its affiliates (collectively, "Huawei", "we", "us", and "our"). The Huawei Smart PV Community Program Rules (referred to as the "Rules") are the terms and conditions that you must comply with when participating in the Huawei Smart PV Community 2024 Residential LUNA-S1 Pack Incentive Program. The Rules stipulates the conditions, requirements, and rights of Huawei Smart PV Community (referred to as the "Community") users to participate the program and claim the rewarded device.
I. Overview on the 2024 Residential LUNA-S1 Pack Incentive Program
Huawei Smart PV Community has established the 2024 Residential LUNA-S1 Pack Incentive Program (referred to as "Program") for installers who meet the applicable conditions. For the purposed of this General Terms and Conditions “Installer” shall mean a legal entity, which has a valid registration as a member of the Community.
Once any new installation which complies with the “PROGRAM RULES”, the Installer shall be entitled to claim one free rewarded device HUAWEI LUNA-S1 Pack.
II. Program Territory
EEA and Switzerland (The specific territory will be adapted and applied by each rep office)
III. Duration of Program
The Program will start at 00:00:00 on 15th October, 2024 (GMT +2) and will finish at 23:59:59 on 31st January, 2025. However, Huawei reserves the unilateral right to decide when and where to start or end the Program subject to resource availability.
IV. Participation Qualifications
Only those who satisfy both the following two conditions can participate in the Program:
a) Registered installer on the Huawei Fusion Solar Smart PV Management System who has successfully registered a Company Account in the Community.
b) Certified Installer company whose country has launched the Community.
c) The Installer had met all below Program Rules within the Duration of the Program and in accordance with the other Terms and Conditions, stipulated herein.
V. Program Rules:
a) Install every 3pcs LUNA2000-7-E1 pack can get 1pcs LUNA2000-7-E1 pack for free.
b) Redemption Limit：Each Installer company can get 15pcs LUNA-S1 pack gift at most.
c) ESS: The ESS must be installed and connected to FusionSolar from 15th October 2024 to 31st December 2024.
d) Purchasing Country: ESS must be purchased from the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and Switzerland. The devices which are purchase from other countries or regions shall not be able to participate the program.
e) Redeeming: Installers can redeem the rewarded device from 1st of January 2025 to 31st January 2025.
VI. How to participate
a) Installers need to register and login HUAWEI Smart PV community with company account.
b) Installers need to apply to join the program and check all the program details carefully.
c) Installers need to accept the Terms and Conditions before creating any application.
d) Installers need to provide the “Rules” applied battery pack’s SN and corresponding Fusion Solar account to create any application.
e) Installers may have “Error Message” if any SN doesn’t comply with “Rules” and then can edit and proceed again.
f) Installers need to select the rewarded devices provided by the Program.
g) Installers need to confirm the delivery address and summit the application for assessment by Huawei and potential approval or rejection, depending on the relevant data.
h) Each application is subject to HUAWEI Smart PV Community Operation Manager assessment and/approval or rejection, depending on the relevant data.
i) Installers can check the applications status in the Community.
j) Once the applications are approved, HUAWEI Smart PV Community Operation Manager will inform our delivery partner to start the rewarded device delivery.
VII. Rewarded Device Delivery
a) HUAWEI will authorize one third party supplier in the country to be responsible for the rewarded device delivery.
b) The minimum delivery quantity of rewarded devices is 6 pcs (Depends on the delivery cost of each country). The quantity of devices in each delivery should be a multiple of 6. If the rewarded device quantity is less than 6 pcs, Huawei reserves the unilateral right NOT to initiate the delivery.

a) Huawei shall not be held liable for any losses or damages suffered by the installers, their partners, or any other third parties thereof, arising out of any interpretation, potential use or any expectations whatsoever in relation to the Program, or any information obtained through the installer’s your (or any other person's) access to and/or use of the Program.
b) To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable Bulgarian law, Huawei shall not be liable for any liabilities, losses, penalties or other damages whatsoever suffered by the installer or any other third party due to inability to access or use the Program or the web site and/or due to:
1. Any suspension or termination of the Program by Huawei to enable maintenance work or updates to systems, software, or hardware to be carried out;
2. Any delay or failure of a system or network communication that is owned or controlled by someone other than Huawei;
3. Any errors or interruption due to hacker attacks or similar security breaches; or
4. Any other event or occurrence beyond our reasonable control.
c) The web pages and the Program are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any representation or endorsement of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, Huawei disclaims any and all warranties, conditions, or other clauses of any kind, express or implied, and make no guarantee, undertaking, representation, or warranty for the following:
1. The completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any of the content made available on or through the Program.
2. The quality and after-sales service of gifts redeemed through participation in the Program.
X. Privacy Statement
When participants accumulate and redeem rewarded devices according to the Rules, we will collect and use participants' personal data in accordance with the Program. We will use and protect participants' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Community.
XI. Dispute Resolution
The formation, interpretation, and operation of the Rules and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Netherlands. Both parties agree that any dispute arising out of the Program or related to the Program shall be submitted to the competent court in Sofia, Bulgaria.
XII. Validity of Clauses
If any clause (or part of a clause) of the Program is ruled by a court of competent jurisdiction or any other competent authorities to be void, invalid, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed that such a clause has been deleted from the Rules and all the remaining clauses of the Program shall remain in full force and effect to the extent that they are capable of standing without the clauses ruled void, invalid, or unenforceable.
XIII. Account Security
You must keep the username and password of your community ID secret and confidential, and you must not share them with anyone else. We recommend that you choose a strong password and keep it secure. You are responsible for keeping your password safe, and shall bear any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims of any sort as a result of you providing your community ID details to a third party.
XIV. Revision and Update of the Rules
Huawei reserves the unilateral right to revise the “PROGRAM RULES” at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Community after any such changes are released shall be deemed as your acceptance of said changes.
