Huawei Smart PV Community wordt beheerd door Huawei Technologies (Belgium) NV en haar gelieerde ondernemingen (gezamenlijk "Huawei", "wij", "ons" en "onze"). De Huawei Smart PV Community Programma Regels (hierna te noemen de "Regels") zijn de voorwaarden waaraan u moet voldoen wanneer u deelneemt aan het Huawei Smart PV Community 2024 Residential ESS Program. De Regels bepalen de voorwaarden, vereisten en rechten van gebruikers van de Huawei Smart PV Community (hierna te noemen de "Community") om deel te nemen aan het programma en aanspraak te maken op het beloonde apparaat.
I. Overzicht van het 2024 Residential ESS In Existing inverter Program
Huawei Smart PV Community heeft het 2024 Residential ESS In Existing inverter Program (aangeduid als "Programma") opgezet voor installateurs en hun wettelijk gemachtigde vertegenwoordigers die voldoen aan de geldende voorwaarden. Het programma is bedoeld om installateurs aan te moedigen HUAWEI ESS-producten te installeren bij hun bestaande HUAWEI INVERTOR-klanten. Na elke nieuwe installatie die voldoet aan de "PROGRAMMA REGELS", kan de installateur aanspraak maken op één gratis beloond apparaat HUAWEI DC/DC module.

III. Duur van het programma
Het programma begint om 00:00:00 op 1 maart 2024 (GMT +1) en eindigt om 23:59:59 op 31 december 2024. Huawei behoudt zich echter het unilaterale recht voor om te beslissen wanneer en waar het programma start of eindigt, afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid van middelen.
IV. Kwalificaties voor deelname
Alleen personen die voldoen aan de volgende twee voorwaarden kunnen deelnemen aan het programma:
a) Geregistreerde installateur op het Huawei Fusion Solar Smart PV Management Systeem die met succes een Bedrijfsaccount in de Community heeft geregistreerd.
b) Geregistreerde installateurs van wie het land de Communityheeft gelanceerd.
V. Programma regels:
a) Omvormer: De omvormer moet voor 1 jan. 2024 geïnstalleerd en aangesloten zijn op Fusion Solar.
b) ESS: De ESS moet worden geïnstalleerd en aangesloten op FusionSolar tussen 1maart 2024 en 31 december 2024.
c) Land van aankoop: Zowel de omvormer als de ESS moeten worden aangeschaft in de Europese regio. Apparaten die in andere landen of regio's zijn gekocht, kunnen niet deelnemen aan het programma.
d) Inwisselen: Installateurs kunnen het beloonde apparaat inwisselen van 1 maart 2024 tot 31 December 2024.
VI. Hoe deel te nemen
a) Installateurs moeten de HUAWEI Smart PV community registreren en inloggen met hun bedrijfsaccount.
b) Installateurs moeten zich aanmelden voor deelname aan het programma en alle details van het programma zorgvuldig controleren.
c) Installateurs moeten de Algemene voorwaarden accepteren voordat ze een toepassing maken.
d) Installateurs moeten de "Regels" toegepaste omvormer SN en bijbehorende Fusion Solar account opgeven om een toepassing te maken.
e) Installateurs kunnen een "Foutmelding" krijgen als een SN niet voldoet aan de "Regels" en kunnen deze dan bewerken en opnieuw doorgaan.
f) Installateurs moeten de beloonde apparaten selecteren die door het programma worden geleverd.
g) Installateurs moeten het afleveradres bevestigen en de aanvraag samenvatten om goedkeuring te krijgen.
h) HUAWEI Smart PV Community Operation Manager controleert alle aanvragen en keurt ze goed.
i) Installateurs kunnen de status van de toepassingen in de community controleren.
j) Zodra de aanvragen zijn goedgekeurd, zal de HUAWEI Smart PV Community Operation Manager onze leveringspartner informeren om de beloonde levering te starten.
VII. Beloonde apparaatlevering
a) HUAWEI zal één externe leverancier in het land machtigen om verantwoordelijk te zijn voor de beloonde apparaatlevering.
b) De minimale leveringshoeveelheid van beloonde apparaten is 12 stuks, als de hoeveelheid beloonde apparaten minder is dan 12 stuks, behoudt Huawei zich het eenzijdige recht voor om de levering NIET uit te voeren.

a) Huawei is niet aansprakelijk voor verliezen of schade die u geheel of gedeeltelijk lijdt doordat u vertrouwt op, gebruik maakt van, of het Programma interpreteert of andere informatie verkrijgt via uw (of andermans) toegang tot en/of gebruik van het Programma.
b) Voor zover maximaal is toegestaan door de toepasselijke wetgeving in uw rechtsgebied, is Huawei niet aansprakelijk jegens u of iemand anders voor aansprakelijkheden, verliezen, schade of compensaties als u of iemand anders geen toegang heeft tot het Programma of de webpagina's of deze niet kan gebruiken als gevolg van:
1. Elke opschorting of beëindiging van het Programma door Huawei om onderhoudswerkzaamheden of updates van systemen, software of hardware te kunnen uitvoeren;
2. Elke vertraging of storing van een systeem of netwerkcommunicatie die eigendom is van of gecontroleerd wordt door iemand anders dan Huawei;
3. Eventuele fouten of onderbrekingen als gevolg van hackeraanvallen of vergelijkbare beveiligingsinbreuken; of
4. Elke andere gebeurtenis buiten onze redelijke controle.
c) De webpagina's en het Programma worden aangeboden op een "as-is" en "as-available" basis zonder enige vertegenwoordiging of goedkeuring van welke aard dan ook. Voor zover maximaal is toegestaan door de toepasselijke wetgeving in uw rechtsgebied, wijst Huawei alle garanties, voorwaarden of andere clausules van welke aard dan ook, expliciet of impliciet, af en geeft geen garantie, toezegging, vertegenwoordiging of waarborg voor het volgende:
1. De volledigheid, nauwkeurigheid, betrouwbaarheid of tijdigheid van de inhoud die beschikbaar wordt gesteld op of via het programma.
2. De kwaliteit en dienst na verkoop van geschenken die worden ingewisseld via deelname aan het Programma.
X. Privacyverklaring
Wanneer deelnemers beloonde apparaten verzamelen en inwisselen volgens de Regels, zullen we de persoonlijke gegevens van deelnemers verzamelen en gebruiken in overeenstemming met het Programma. We gebruiken en beschermen de persoonlijke gegevens van deelnemers in overeenstemming met het Privacybeleid van de Community.
XI. Geschillenbeslechting
De vorming, interpretatie en werking van de Regels en alle geschillen of vorderingen die daaruit voortvloeien of ermee verband houden (met inbegrip van niet-contractuele geschillen of vorderingen) worden beheerst door en geïnterpreteerd volgens de wetten van Belgium. Beide partijen stemmen ermee in dat elk geschil dat voortvloeit uit of verband houdt met het Programma wordt voorgelegd aan de rechtbank in Brussels.
XII. Geldigheid van clausules
Als een clausule (of een deel van een clausule) van het Programma door een bevoegde rechtbank of een andere bevoegde instantie nietig, ongeldig of onuitvoerbaar wordt verklaard, wordt deze clausule geacht te zijn verwijderd uit de Regels en blijven alle overige clausules van het Programma volledig van kracht voor zover ze kunnen worden gehandhaafd zonder de clausules die nietig, ongeldig of onuitvoerbaar zijn verklaard.
XIII. Accountbeveiliging
Je moet de gebruikersnaam en het wachtwoord van je community-ID geheim en vertrouwelijk houden en je mag ze met niemand anders delen. We raden je aan een sterk wachtwoord te kiezen en dit veilig te bewaren. U bent verantwoordelijk voor het veilig bewaren van uw wachtwoord en draagt alle verliezen, schade, aansprakelijkheden of claims van welke aard dan ook als gevolg van het verstrekken van uw community-ID-gegevens aan een derde partij.
XIV. Herziening en bijwerking van de regels
Huawei behoudt zich het eenzijdige recht voor om de "PROGRAMMA REGELS" op elk gewenst moment te herzien door deze pagina bij te werken. Wanneer u de Community blijft gebruiken nadat dergelijke wijzigingen zijn vrijgegeven, wordt dit beschouwd als uw aanvaarding van deze wijzigingen.

De Regels bepalen de voorwaarden, vereisten en rechten van Huawei Smart PV Community (hierna de "Community" genoemd) gebruikers om deel te nemen aan het programma en aanspraak te maken op het beloonde apparaat.
I. Overzicht van het 2024 residentiële ESS-programma
Huawei Smart PV Community heeft het 2024 Residential Optimizer Programma (aangeduid als "Programma") opgesteld voor installateurs en hun wettelijk bevoegde vertegenwoordigers die voldoen aan de toepasselijke voorwaarden. Het Programma heeft als doel installateurs aan te moedigen om Huawei Optimizers te installeren bij hun Huawei INVERTOR klanten. Na elke nieuwe installatie die voldoet aan de "PROGRAMMA REGELS", kan de installateur aanspraak maken op hetzelfde beloonde apparaat Huawei Optimizer.

a) Installatieduur: start om 00:00:00 op 4 maart 2024 (GMT +1) en zal eindigen om 23:59:59 op 31 December 2024, wat betekent dat de optimizers binnen deze periode volledig op de omvormer geconfigureerd moeten zijn.
b) Toepassingsduur: start om 00:00:00 op 1, mei 2024 (GMT +1) en zal eindigen om 23:59:59 op 31 december 2024, wat betekent dat de installateurs de beloonde optimizers alleen binnen deze periode kunnen claimen.
Huawei behoudt zich echter het eenzijdige recht voor om te beslissen wanneer en waar het Programma start of eindigt, afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid van middelen.
IV. Kwalificaties voor deelname
Alleen personen die aan de volgende twee voorwaarden voldoen, kunnen aan het Programma deelnemen:
a) Geregistreerde installateur op het Huawei Fusion Solar Smart PV Management Systeem die met succes een Bedrijfsaccount in de Community heeft geregistreerd.
b) Geregistreerde installateurs van wie het land de Gemeenschap heeft gelanceerd.
V. Regels van het programma:
a) Omvormer: De omvormer moet geïnstalleerd en aangesloten zijn op Fusion Solar.
b) Optimizer met volledige configuratie: De Optimizer moet volledig geïnstalleerd zijn op alle panelen van de omvormer. Elk model omvormer kan een verschillend aantal Optimizer-onderdelen hebben wanneer deze volledig geconfigureerd wordt.
c) Land van aankoop: Zowel de omvormer als de Optimizer moeten in de Europese regio gekocht worden. Apparaten die in andere landen of regio's zijn gekocht, kunnen niet aan het programma deelnemen.
VI. Hoe deel te nemen
a) Installateurs moeten zich registreren en inloggen op Huawei Smart PV community met bedrijfsaccount.
b) Installateurs moeten zich aanmelden voor deelname aan het programma en alle details van het programma zorgvuldig controleren.
c) Installateurs moeten de Algemene voorwaarden accepteren voordat ze een toepassing aanmaken.
d) Installateurs moeten de toegepaste "Programmaregels" voor de omvormer SN en de bijbehorende Fusion Solar-account opgeven om een toepassing te maken.
e) Installateurs kunnen een "Foutmelding" krijgen als een SN niet voldoet aan de "Programmaregels" en kunnen deze dan bewerken en opnieuw doorgaan.
f) Installateurs moeten de beloonde apparaten selecteren die door het programma worden geleverd.
g) Installateurs moeten het afleveradres bevestigen en de aanvraag samenvatten om goedkeuring te krijgen.
h) De Community Operation Manager van Huawei Smart PV zal alle aanvragen controleren en goedkeuren.
i) Installateur kan de status van de toepassingen in de community controleren.
j) Zodra de aanvragen zijn goedgekeurd, zal Huawei Smart PV Community Operation Manager onze leveringspartner informeren om de beloonde levering te starten.
VII. Levering van beloonde apparaten
a) Huawei zal één derde leverancier in het land machtigen om verantwoordelijk te zijn voor de beloonde apparaatlevering.
b) De minimale leveringshoeveelheid van beloonde apparaten is 360 stuks, als de hoeveelheid beloonde apparaten kleiner is dan 360 stuks, behoudt Huawei zich het eenzijdige recht voor om de levering NIET uit te voeren.

Huawei Smart PV Community is operated by Huawei Technologies (Belgium) NV (collectively, "Huawei", "we", "us", and "our"). The Huawei Smart PV Community Program Rules (referred to as the "Rules") are the terms and conditions that you must comply with when participating in the Huawei Smart PV Community 2024 Residential LUNA-S0 Pack Incentive Program. The Rules stipulates the conditions, requirements, and rights of Huawei Smart PV Community (referred to as the "Community") users to participate the program and claim the rewarded device.
I. Overview on the 2024 Residential LUNA-S0 Pack Incentive Program
Huawei Smart PV Community has established the 2024 Residential LUNA-S0 Pack Incentive Program (referred to as "Program") for installers and their legally authorized representatives who meet the applicable conditions. Once any new installation which complies with the “PROGRAM RULES”, the installer can claim one free rewarded device HUAWEI LUNA-S0 Pack.
II. Program Territory
The European Economic Area (“EEA”) and Switzerland.
III. Duration of Program
The Program will start at 00:00:00 on 20th May, 2024 (GMT +2) and will finish at 23:59:59 on 31st October, 2024. However, Huawei reserves the unilateral right to decide when and where to start or end the Program subject to resource availability.
IV. Participation Qualifications
Only those who satisfy both the following two conditions can participate in the Program:
a) Registered installer on the Huawei Fusion Solar Smart PV Management System who has successfully registered a Company Account in the Community.
b) Registered installers whose country has launched the Community.
V. Program Rules:
a) Inverter: The inverter must be installed and connected to FusionSolar from 20th May 2024 to 20th July 2024 without battery.
b) ESS: The ESS must be installed to the above Inverter and connected to FusionSolar from 1st August 2024 to 31st October 2024.
c) Purchasing Country: Both Inverter and ESS must be purchased from the European region, as indicated in section II. Program Territory. The devices which are purchase from other countries or regions shall not be able to participate in the program.
d) Redeeming: Installers can redeem the rewarded device from 1st August 2024 to 30th November 2024.
VI. How to participate
a) Installers need to register and login HUAWEI Smart PV community with company account.
b) Installers need to apply to join the Program and check all the Program details carefully.
c) Installers need to accept the Terms and Conditions before creating any application.
d) Installers need to provide the “Rules” applied battery’s SN and corresponding Fusion Solar account to create any application.
e) Installers may have “Error Message” if any SN doesn’t comply with “Rules” and then can edit and proceed again.
f) Installers need to select the rewarded devices provided by the Program.
g) Installers need to confirm the delivery address and summit the application to get approval.
h) HUAWEI Smart PV Community Operation Manager will check all the applications and approve.
i) Installers can check the applications status in the community.
j) Once the applications are approved, HUAWEI Smart PV Community Operation Manager will inform our delivery partner to start the rewarded device delivery.
VII. Rewarded Device Delivery
a) HUAWEI will authorize one third party supplier in the country to be responsible for the rewarded device delivery.
b) The minimum delivery quantity of rewarded devices is 4 pcs, if the rewarded device quantity is less than 4 pcs, Huawei reserves the unilateral right NOT to initiate the delivery.

a) Huawei is not liable for any losses or damage caused to you in whole or in part by you relying upon, using, or interpreting the Program or other information obtained through your (or any other person's) access to and/or use of the Program.
b) To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law in your jurisdiction, Huawei is not liable to you or to anyone else for any liabilities, losses, damages, or compensations if you or anyone else are unable to access or use the Program or the web pages due to:
1. Any suspension or termination of the Program by Huawei to enable maintenance work or updates to systems, software, or hardware to be carried out;
2. Any delay or failure of a system or network communication that is owned or controlled by someone other than Huawei;
3. Any errors or interruption due to hacker attacks or similar security breaches; or
4. Any other event or occurrence beyond our reasonable control.
c) The web pages and the Program are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any representation or endorsement of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, Huawei disclaims any and all warranties, conditions, or other clauses of any kind, express or implied, and make no guarantee, undertaking, representation, or warranty for the following:
1. The completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any of the content made available on or through the Program.
2. The quality and after-sales service of gifts redeemed through participation in the Program.
X. Privacy Statement
When participants accumulate and redeem rewarded devices according to the Rules, we will collect and use participants' personal data in accordance with the Program. We will use and protect participants' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Community.
XI. Dispute Resolution
The formation, interpretation, and operation of the Rules and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Both parties agree that any dispute arising out of the Program or related to the Program shall be submitted to the Antwerp court.
XII. Validity of Clauses
If any clause (or part of a clause) of the Program is ruled by a court of competent jurisdiction or any other competent authorities to be void, invalid, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed that such a clause has been deleted from the Rules and all the remaining clauses of the Program shall remain in full force and effect to the extent that they are capable of standing without the clauses ruled void, invalid, or unenforceable.
XIII. Account Security
You must keep the username and password of your community ID secret and confidential, and you must not share them with anyone else. We recommend that you choose a strong password and keep it secure. You are responsible for keeping your password safe, and shall bear any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims of any sort as a result of you providing your community ID details to a third party.
XIV. Revision and Update of the Rules
Huawei reserves the unilateral right to revise the “PROGRAM RULES” at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Community after any such changes are released shall be deemed as your acceptance of said changes.

c) Purchasing Country: Both Inverter and ESS must be purchased from the European region, as indicated in section II. Program Territory. The devices which are purchase from other countries or regions shall not be able to participate in the program.
d) Redeeming: Installers can redeem the rewarded device from 1st November 2024 to 31st January 2025.
e) Gifts: For each new installation of 5kwh LUNA battery pack, installer can claim one piece of SUN2000-4.6KTL-L1 inverter; for each new installation of 10kwh LUNA battery pack, installer can claim one piece of SUN2000-4.6KTL-L1 inverter and one piece of LUNA2000-5KW-C0; for each new installation of 15kwh LUNA battery pack, installer can claim one piece of Huawei M1 inverter series and one piece of LUNA2000-5KW-C0 and one piece of EMMA device.
VI. How to participate
a) Installers need to register, certify and login HUAWEI Smart PV community with company account.
b) Installers need to apply to join the Program and check all the Program details carefully.
c) Installers need to accept the Terms and Conditions before creating any application.
d) Installers need to provide the “Rules” applied BMU SN and corresponding Fusion Solar account to create any application.
e) Installers may have “Error Message” if any SN doesn’t comply with “Rules” and then can edit and proceed again.
f) Installers need to select the rewarded devices provided by the Program.
g) Installers need to confirm the delivery address and summit the application to get approval.
h) HUAWEI Smart PV Community Operation Manager will check all the applications and approve.
i) Installers can check the applications status in the community.
j) Once the applications are approved, HUAWEI Smart PV Community Operation Manager will inform our delivery partner to start the rewarded device delivery.
VII. Rewarded Device Delivery
a) HUAWEI will authorize a third party supplier in the country within Program Territory to be responsible for the rewarded device delivery.

a) Huawei is not liable for any losses or damage caused to you in whole or in part by you relying upon, using, or interpreting the Program or other information obtained through your (or any other person's) access to and/or use of the Program.
b) To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law in your jurisdiction, Huawei is not liable to you or to anyone else for any liabilities, losses, damages, or compensations if you or anyone else are unable to access or use the Program or the web pages due to:
1. Any suspension or termination of the Program by Huawei to enable maintenance work or updates to systems, software, or hardware to be carried out;
2. Any delay or failure of a system or network communication that is owned or controlled by someone other than Huawei;
3. Any errors or interruption due to hacker attacks or similar security breaches; or
4. Any other event or occurrence beyond our reasonable control.
c) The web pages and the Program are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any representation or endorsement of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, Huawei disclaims any and all warranties, conditions, or other clauses of any kind, express or implied, and make no guarantee, undertaking, representation, or warranty for the following:
1. The completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any of the content made available on or through the Program.
2. The quality and after-sales service of gifts redeemed through participation in the Program.
X. Privacy Statement
When participants accumulate and redeem rewarded devices according to the Rules, we will collect and use participants' personal data in accordance with the Program. We will use and protect participants' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Community.
XI. Dispute Resolution
The formation, interpretation, and operation of the Rules and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Netherlands. Both parties agree that any dispute arising out of the Program or related to the Program shall be submitted to the court of The Hague, The Netherlands.
XII. Validity of Clauses
If any clause (or part of a clause) of the Program is ruled by a court of competent jurisdiction or any other competent authorities to be void, invalid, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed that such a clause has been deleted from the Rules and all the remaining clauses of the Program shall remain in full force and effect to the extent that they are capable of standing without the clauses ruled void, invalid, or unenforceable.
XIII. Account Security
You must keep the username and password of your community ID secret and confidential, and you must not share them with anyone else. We recommend that you choose a strong password and keep it secure. You are responsible for keeping your password safe, and shall bear any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims of any sort as a result of you providing your community ID details to a third party.
XIV. Revision and Update of the Rules
Huawei reserves the unilateral right to revise the “PROGRAM RULES” at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Community after any such changes are released shall be deemed as your acceptance of said changes.
