INFORMATION NOTICE ON DATA PROCESSING – WEBINAR ACTIVITIES

Huawei Telekomünikasyon Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Huawei” or the “Company”) as data controller, process your personal data within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL"). This information notice is prepared to inform you regarding your personal data are processed within the context of Webinar activities including to obtain your participant registration to Webinar.

B. Processed Personal Data of Yours, Purposes and Legal Grounds of Personal Data Processing

Legal grounds on personal data processing are regulated under the Article 5 of the PDPL. You may find the purposes and legal grounds of data processing below.

Processing personal data is being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller.

C. Third Parties with Which the Personal Data are Transferred, and the Purposes of Transferring the Personal Data

Huawei transfers your personal data in line with the legal ground and purposes stated under the section “C. Third Parties with Which the Personal Data are Transferred and the Purposes of Transferring the Personal Data” to service providers. Your personal data may also be transferred with limited to the purpose of providing information to authorized public authorities and institutions, if necessary.

D. Methods of Obtaining Personal Data and Legal Grounds

Your personal data are obtained automatically and partially automatically via Webinar participation form. Your personal data are obtained in line with the legal ground stated under Article 5 of the PDPL; processing personal data is being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller.

E. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

Article 11 of the PDPL regulates “the rights of the data subject(natural persons whom their personal data are processed by the Company)”. You may send your requests regarding your rights listed in the 11th article of the PDPL to Huawei through the channels below:

1. You may send your requests in writing to our office located in Saray Mah. Ahmet Tevfik İleri Cad. Onur Ofis Park No:10 A-1 Blok, B-2 Blok Ümraniye, İstanbul.

2. You may send you requests through the methods specified in the Communique on The Principles and Procedures for The Request To Data Controller.
